The Vice Supreme Master will award a Provincial award for the best newsletter from the Assembly of the
Hennepin Province for the fraternal year 2005 - 2006.  The award will be selected from the best newsletter
from each District in the Province.  The District Master will select from his District the best newsletter
The criteria  and  weighted percentage  listed below  shall  be  used  to  judge  the  best  newsletter.  The
District Master shall submit to the Provincial Secretary this form along with a copy
of the best District newsletter by August 15, 2006.

Judging Criteria for District Newsletter:

       1.    Newsletter should be published monthly (minimum of 10 times per year).
       2.    Newsletter shall give an announcement of all planned assembly events along with
              any required instructions
       3.    Newsletter shall give special notices on assembly business such as dues, elections,
              By-Law change, ect.  (10%).
       4.    Newsletter column from the Faithful Friar (5%).
       5.    Reports from Navigator and activity chairman on past and planned events (20%).
       6.    Thank You's to Sir Knights and Ladies for helping on activities and events
              (10%).
       7.    Listing of sick, deceased members and widows (5%).
       8.    Newsletter column on patriotism (10%).
       9.    Listing of birthdays and anniversaries (5%).
     10.    A calendar of upcoming events for members' quick reference (10%).
